OMCP Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Action (IDEA) Task Group

The Operations Management and Capital Programs Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Action (IDEA) Task Group makes recommendations to the vice chancellor focused on access and representation, campus climate, intergroup relations and transformation within OMCP units and across the UC San Diego campus. The IDEA Task Group suggests and recommends action-oriented proposals to create more equitable and inclusive community environments.

    • Review OMCP data and reports related to equity, diversity and inclusion for informed discussions and recommendations
