Business Transformation and Innovation Management supports the planning and governance of business transformation initiatives and collaborates with organization stakeholders to assess business process efficiency, operational performance and environmental factors to identify improvement opportunities.
OMCP Information Technology Advisory Group
The OMCP IT Advisory Group coordinates resources to support project execution, project management and business analysis and facilitates coordination across functional and organizational boundaries.
The group:
- Advises the vice chancellor on IT investment priorities that focus IT resources on the largest business impact
- Coordinates resources to support project execution, project management and business analysis across functional and organizational boundaries
- Seeks to standardize the management of process, methods and technology for current and proposed projects to ensure IT resources are focused on the right things, at the right time, increasing confidence and accuracy of forecasted schedules and Measure actual cost, value, and ROI contribution.
- Is responsible for delivering:
- An IT projects roadmap to meet OMCP initiatives in support of the campus’ strategic plan
- A structured, reliable project scorning process aimed at prioritizing investments and focusing IT resources on work that will make the largest business impact
