Business Transformation & Innovation Management supports the planning and governance of business transformation initiatives and collaborates with organization stakeholders to assess business process efficiency, operational performance and environmental factors to identify improvement opportunities.
Financial Services
Financial Services provides budget and financial management support to the Vice Chancellor of Operations Management and Capital Programs by managing the operating budget, staffing, and resource allocation process.
