Welcome to Operations Management and Capital Programs

With eight departments and more than 1,300 staff, we keep UC San Diego running — maintaining safe, clean spaces, powering the university, advancing sustainability, providing transportation, shaping new facilities and building the policies that support our community now and into the future.

Our Departments

Behind every safe building, reliable utility, clean space, and functioning service is a team of people making it happen. From custodians and groundkeepers, architects and construction managers, police officers and transportation experts, utilities technicians and policy creators, staff throughout our departments provide a vast and varied range of expert services to the UC San Diego community.
